We craft our films to be as experiential as possible. We always say wedding videos can be broken down into two parts: 1. What you are seeing and 2. What you are hearing. Because of this, we are very intentional about choosing visuals and sounds that truly tell the story of who you are. We spend multiple days searching for the right music that compliments the energy and vibe of your wedding and over 60+ hours crafting a film that is unique and personalized to you.

How to get started?
We'll check in a few times to see if there's anything we can assist with (timeline planning, vendors, etc.) and then schedule a final call to go over the final details of the day with you and make sure everything is on track.

It's your Wedding day! It's time to take it all in and watch your vision come to life! We'll be focused on capturing all of the authentic moments and supporting you so that you can live in the moment.

Your wedding film(s) are complete and ready to view on VidFlow. It's like a personal Netflix channel where you can download your videos, cast them on your TV, and share the link with friends and family.

Fill out our inquiry form and share your wedding details, style, and (especially) your story! You'll hear back from one of us within 48-72 hours.

A Story Session is a pre-wedding meetup where we enhance your Highlight Film in three ways: we learn your love story, record your vows or story audio, and film fun couple portraits (like an engagement shoot, but in video). We'll meet wherever feels right - your favorite hiking trail, a meaningful location, or one of our scenic filming spots. Couples in the past have read personal vows to each other because they were too nervous to on the wedding day or the time didn't allow them to read letters to each other. The time is totally customizable to fit whomever you two are as a unit
What is a love story session?
Drone coverage is included in all packages as long as your location and weather permits us to fly. There are certain unforeseen limitations we are legally obligated to respect (no fly zones, rain, extreme wind).
Will drone footage be included?
You will receive your wedding film in 5 months or less.
When will we receive our wedding film?
Yes! Raw footage is one of our popular add-ons. You can purchase raw footage even after your film is delivered as we guarantee storing your footage for 12 months after the wedding date.
Do you offer raw footage?
Every couple is unique, and so are their needs. To ensure we focus on what matters most to you, we offer an à la carte menu, allowing you to customize a package that perfectly suits your vision. How much does wedding coverage cost?
We know good music can make or break a wedding film, which is why we put so much time and care into the music selection process. We carefully search for a track that captures your personalities and the essence of your wedding day. Since our films are shared online, we also ensure the proper music licenses are purchased. For these reasons, we typically handle the music selection ourselves. However, we always take into account music genre preferences! We love to know which styles of music you connect to and speak to your soul.
Do we get to choose the music for our film?
Yes! We charge exactly what it costs for us to get from our home base of Maryland to your destination, no more! We will provide you with an estimate of our flights and accommodation at the time of our discovery call and then build that price into your contract. We do not charge travel fees for weddings within 1.5 hours of Frederick, MD.
Do you travel?
Yes, we are able to provide our certificate of insurance for your venue and drone license upon request.
Are you licensed and insured?
Once your film is finished we will send you a link to your personalized wedding film site where you can easily view, download and share all of your videos!
